Black Mesa Signature Custom 22-fret

Solid single-piece black walnut body, traditionally mounted bolt-on walnut neck with Macassar ebony fingerboard, smoothly contoured neck/body joint. Surprisingly lightweight at 7.2lbs.

25" scale, 22 medium jumbo nickel-silver frets. Neck profile is slim and fast. Neck width at nut: 1.75"; thickness at nut: .788"; at 12th fret: .870"

Pickups: matched Sheptone Handwound PAF's

Controls: volume, tone, 3-way pickup selector with shunt switch to enable blend, pull-on coil tap switch on volume knob.

Gotoh tuners, Hipshot Hardtail bridge, Dunlop Strap Loks.

The single-piece walnut body of this guitar produces wonderful warmth and clarity. It rings so clearly I can tune it with an acoustic tuner, no cable! The Sheptones are full and well-defined, creamy but cleanly articulated. Absolutely my favorite.
